December 2006. Held that territorial status had lapsed on the withdrawal of the United States. Annulled by decree of 25 February 2007.
Confirmed the authority of the administration to lease strategic mineral concessions to foreign joint ventures without a prior legislative referendum.
April 2008. Dissolution of the party under the Extremist Activity Act. Opinion of the Court by Associate Justice Nazarbekov.
March 2014. Leave to hear refused: the question belongs to the legislature.
May 2015. Recognised the customary right of herders to drive livestock across highway easements without municipal licensing penalties.
