Written appeals
Written appeals of citizens are sent by post to the address above, by e-mail to registry@court.iradgov.org, or handed in at the Registry counter. You may use the e-Irad form OG-1 (appeal of a citizen to a state body). Give your full name, postal address and, where it concerns a case, the case number. The reply is sent within 30 days of registration. Anonymous appeals are not considered. The Court does not give legal advice and does not answer, outside the proceedings, questions on the merits of a pending case; complaints against a judgment are made only by appeal in the procedure set by law.
