On the publication of the register of pending cases
In force from 1 October 20261. The Registry publishes on the site of the Supreme Court a register of the cases pending before the Supreme Court and the Talas District Court.
2. For each case the register shows the case number, the court, the date of filing, the title and kind of the case, counsel or the judge where known, the date of the next sitting and the status.
3. Parties who are private persons are shown by initials. Cases concerning minors, family cases and cases under the Abduction for Marriage Act are not entered in the published register.
4. The register is updated once a week, as a rule on Thursday, and shows the date of the last update. Cases are removed from the register when finally decided or withdrawn.
5. The status shows the procedural steps recorded by the Registry. It is not a judgment and expresses no view on the merits of the case.
6. A case is listed for hearing by order of the Chief Justice or of the presiding judge (Rule 44 of the Rules of Court). Until such an order the entry reads "Not listed for hearing".
7. A party who finds an error in the register informs the Registry in writing at registry@court.iradgov.org. The register does not replace the notices sent to the parties.
8. This instruction enters into force on 1 October 2026.
