New Rules of the Bar Examination approved

On 22 November 2019 the Plenum of the Supreme Court by Resolution No. 4 approved the Rules of the Bar Examination. The Rules replace the earlier procedure and apply from the spring session 2020.

The examination is held twice a year, in spring and in autumn. It consists of written papers in Iradi and in English, followed by an oral examination before a panel. Candidates who pass take the oath before the Chief Justice and are entered on the roll of the bar.
