On requests of the media concerning case SC-P 3/2026

The press service has received a number of requests from the media concerning the petition In re the Elective Governor Acts (Inability of the Governor), No. SC-P 3/2026. The procedural position is as follows.

The petition was filed on 18 June 2026. The written answer of the Government was received by the Registry on 15 October 2026 at 15:40. The applicants' request to fix a date of hearing was received on 27 October 2026. At the date of this release the case is not listed for hearing.
