Sittings during the New Year holidays

By Order of the Chief Justice No. 37-o of 15 December 2025 the Supreme Court does not sit from 29 December 2025 to 9 January 2026. The first sitting after the holidays is on 14 January 2026.

The Registry works as usual on working days. Urgent applications, including applications concerning detention, are received at any time through the duty officer of the Hall of Justice and are put before the duty justice.

The district and magistrate courts set their own arrangements; ask the court concerned.
